Description	Correspondence from Old Bolsover Town Council regarding arrangements of its Steering Committee to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the end of the Second World War in Europe, with some minutes, notes, schedule for events. The events were centred on a "mile of flags", bunting to be supplied by Junction Arts. The file includes forms submitting by volunteers interested in helping produce the flags by printing, sewing etc.
