Public/environmental art project file: Creswell Subway mural

Description
Project relating to the decoration of the walls of a pedestrian subway, funded by the Coalfields Alliance and the Coalfields Regeneration Trust, using artist Andrew Heath. Work began in March 2001, with the official opening one year later.
Copy funding applications for submission to to Awards for All, the North Derbyshire and North Nottinghamshire Coalfield Alliance, and the Coalfields Regeneration Trust, with copy constitution of Elmton with Creswell Village Forum and copy Community Economic Development Plan by Elmton and Creswell Community Forum;
Artist's contract and notes on the progress of the project by Tina Glover of Junction Arts; monitoring return relating to single regeneration budget funding signed by Project Officer Richard Janes;
Correspondence about the development of the project, much of it with Railtrack and Elmton-with-Creswell Parish Council, as well as other papers such as a statement on the method for the fixing of plywood boards to the walls of the subway, and a formal risk assessment for the work;
Routine financial paperwork relating to the project;
Publicity retained by Junction Arts such as newspaper clippings, copies of the chosen designs (low resolution), press release and flyers;
