Notes of meetings on programme ideas for People and Places, 1995-1996, including list of key staff.
Letter from Paul Nocher to George Robinson, editor of The Guardian newspaper, 17 Oct 1995, describing the People and Places initiative, requesting support, technical advice and sponsorship funding. The existence of a similar draft letter dated Jan 1996 suggests the same message was sent to several newspapers.
"Cheryl's prints", original inked finger prints dated 7 Nov 1995, later used as the basis of the People and Places branding.

Blank certificate as found in D7913/3/3/1995/7, issued by Junction Arts and Groundwork Creswell to participants from St Saviours Estate [Retford, Nottinghamshire] ("I took part in some environmental design improvements with People and Places"); with notes on the execution of the St Saviours project.

Administrative History
Junction Arts administered an arts and environment programme called "People And Places". This programme began in Sep 1995 as a one year initiative partnership funded by the Groundwork Foundation, Groundwork Creswell and East Midlands Arts. The programme operated in Bolsover District and the Single Regeneration Budget areas of North East Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire.
