Description
The project aimed to "explore, with local people, effective, relevant and locally designed security measures that minimalise the 'fortress' impact which blights communities". It was was focused on the Castle Estate in Bolsover and in South Normanton and Clowne, with the participation of Derbyshire Constabulary, and funding from the District of Bolsover, Neighbourhood Renewal Fund, Single Regeneration Budget, North Derbyshire and North Nottinghamshire Coalfields Alliance. It was intended to complement the "Local People, Local Skills" programme of Junction Arts.
This file includes correspondence and other papers such as agreement, evaluation, funding application, finance forms and feasibility study.
