Title
Annual General Meeting papers
Date
1981-1991
Description
This file is largely comprised of undated papers, mainly from the late 1980s. Most of the material is of a sort that might have been presented at an Annual General Meeting, but there is no evidence that this is why these items were found in the same folder. The papers include annual reports from various post-holders, including the Chairman, Arts Worker, Co-ordinator. It also includes brief financial summaries of the organisation, illustrating its income and expenditure - but these are not in a format that can easily be used to track changes in the organisation's fortunes over time. The file also contains papers relating to recruitment of new staff, especially job descriptions.
Other papers in the file include:
"Proposals for a youth group performance"
Strategy for funding deficit
Correspondence re "Roving Reviver" - see D7913/2/5/2/1
Notes on the progress of literary projects
Costings for new inflatable to replace "the maze"
Minutes of Junction 28 Arts Support Group meeting, undated but early 1980s
Synopsis of a play, "The Sleeping Dragon", based on a script by Brenda West, developed by the cast
Report by Tony Taylor, "Moving Forward in Community Education", early 1980s
"Notes for a marketing plan"
Marketing information on planned events: Pinxton Music Fayre, Printing For Beginners, Puppet-making, "The Secrets of Pinxton, a.k.a. Up Your Alley" (a local history evening)
