Name of scholar, form, average age of form, number of scholars in form, final form position.
Scores for the term and for examinations in each subject, with remarks from the teachers. The scores are expressed in separate columns, headed "position" (i.e. first in the form, 2nd, 3rd etc.) and "letter" (where E=excellent, G=good, M=moderate and B=bad).
Number of times the pupil was absent or late, any house marks lost or gained during the term.
Summary comments and signataures of form teacher and head teacher.
