Description
The Botts are primarily related to the Gresley family through the marriage of Charles Gresley (son of the 2nd Baronet) and Ann Bott; as well as the marriage of their eldest daughter, Elizabeth, to her first cousin, Thomas Bott, a Coventry apothecary, he died c Jan 1739. His father, Septimus Bott (c1648-1702) was a Mayor of Coventry, and his mother was Joanna/Joan Bott nee Pidgeon
