TitleDocuments relating to estates at Bradley and Yeldersley, Derbyshire, at various dates between 1799 and 1920: particularly in relation to the sale of the estates following the death of Lord Scarsdale. Also, some personal correspondence of Alfred Nathaniel Holden Curzon, 4th Baron Scarsdale (1831-1916). The box contains personal papers of Charles Sprengel Greaves (1802-1881), barrister and antiquarian, including what appear to be his own collected newspaper cuttings of articles written by him and published anonymously as editorial matter. There are also some documents relating to the establishment of Bradley School following the enactment of the Education Act 1870.
