1. Memorandum of agreement betwen Midland Counties Railway Company and Derby Canal Company concerning new cuts, towing path and lock and the old cuts, towing path, loack and lockhouse at Ockbrook, Spondon and Borrowash, 1841

3. Bundle labelled "Derby Canal Company, Derby" and containing abstract of the title of the Borough of Derby to land at Little Chester taken for the use of the Derby Canal Company (1554-1682/3) and conveyance of land at Denby to the Canal Company, 1802
4. Bundle of deeds and papers concerning Hilton Mills and other property at Hilston with also reference to other property in Foston and Scroption (1763-1770), 1763-1854
5. Bundle labelled 1907 ... Leacroft Chesterfield Property Deeds containing: loose deeds including deeds of the Colley family and property in Dronfield, Eckington (including the Rectory House) Killamarsh Chesterfield and in Yorkshire, 18th century - early 19th century; bundle marked Drafts Letters and Accounts relating ot Mrs Leacroft's houses in Soresby Street, Chesterfield - these include the will of Anne Colley, wife of Joseph Colley of Liverpool, merchant, 1794 - in the main 19th century
