Well drawn estate survey with later additions in sepia ink: shows village with church and houses in elevation: named fields with strips, named closes with tenant's reference letter and number, reference table at side of map: Windmill closes and Street closes: some streets named, 'Mickleover Common or The Old Field' marked: elaborate title cartouche and coat of arms cartouche with crossed bones and 'huic habeo non tibi' motto.
