with agreement for sale by Thomas Blackwall esq., of Mansfield Woodhouse, to Nathaniel Hallowes of Derby, gent for £3400 of his right in Lordship of Dethick, Lea Mill and 2 farms in Lea, Blackwall reserving Horse paddock for 3 years rent free, woods called Okengreave, Swynparke and the green for 10 years, right to work coal for 19 years, tenants of existing leases to pay rents to Hallows, 1635; agreement of Blackwall with Hallowes and Walker concerning fittings not to be removed; seeling and glass, beast stalls and cratches, stone troughs and cisterns, lead pipes, house doors, locks and keys, little lead cisterns used for washing hands; and provision of 2 pairs of new mill stones for mills in Dethick and Lea, 1636; receipts for payments by Hallowes and Walker 1636-1637
