A Survey of the estate of the Revd. Samuel Pegg at Osmaston near Ashbourne in the County of Derby by Philip Hutchinson 1735. Surveyor:Philip Hutchinson. Scale: of 5 chains [1:2000]. Size: 41 x 77 cm. Materials: coloured ink on parchment. Centred on: SK500439 Notes: west at top. Shows separate fields with hedges, gates, woodland, field-names, adjoining landowners: some houses in elevation especially on Town Street: roads include Wyaston to Osmaston, Ashbourne road, Derby road, Salters road: inset key with note at bottom concerning separate closes being too far from one another to have their proper distances but they do have their true bearings: additional note by Revd.
