Administrative HistoryHolmewood Bethel (formerly Wesleyan) and Zion (formerly Primitive) Methodist churches amalgamated in 1961 using Zion church. From 1970 the church was known as Holmewood Heath Road Methodist Church.
Custodial HistoryMost of the records were deposited by Clay Cross Methodist Circuit in October 2001. A marriage register had been deposited as part of D1820 and was reaccessioned in October 2001.
