This map is described in the Derbyshire Record Society's "A Catalogue of Local Maps of Derbyshire c.1528–1800" (compiled by Harold Nichols, revised by Mary Wiltshire assisted by Susan Woore, published 2012). The description reads as follows:
Endorsed 'Surveys of Radborne'.This map done by Thos. Hand in the year 1711. Surveyor:Thomas Hand. Scale: no scale shown. Size: 75 x 54 cm. Materials: sepia ink on paper backed onto stiffened paper. Centred on: SK285360 Notes: no orientation. Title defaced and overwritten: shows 2000 acres, named fields with acreage, houses in perspective, 3 storey Hall adjacent church, roads: Cuningrey, Parke, Terril hay, New Bridge Field, Potluck Field, Radbourn Common: terrier on map describes Lord's part, rectory and Glebe lands, lands belonging to Etwall Hospital and Repton School.
