The description reads as follows: Endorsed 'Surveys of Radborne'.This map done by Thos. Hand in the year 1711. Surveyor:Thomas Hand. Scale: no scale shown. Size: 75 x 54 cm. Materials: sepia ink on paper backed onto stiffened paper. Centred on: SK285360 Notes: no orientation. Title defaced and overwritten: shows 2000 acres, named fields with acreage, houses in perspective, 3 storey Hall adjacent church, roads: Cuningrey, Parke, Terril hay, New Bridge Field, Potluck Field, Radbourn Common: terrier on map describes Lord's part, rectory and Glebe lands, lands belonging to Etwall Hospital and Repton School.
