Description	Scale: 4 ins. to ¼ mile These items are described in the Derbyshire Record Society's "A Catalogue of Local Maps of Derbyshire c.1528–1800" (compiled by Harold Nichols, revised by Mary Wiltshire assisted by Susan Woore, published 2012). The description reads as follows: A Survey of Several parts of Mr. Wrights Lands and Several parts of Mr. Claytons Lands in and about Clown: Mr Wrights being distinguished by Yellow and Containing 23 acres, 1 rood, 25 perches And Mr. Claytons by Green and containing 25 acres, 0 rood, 03 perches. Surveyed by R. Willson. 1713. Surveyor:Robert Willson.Scale: 80 poles or ¼ of an English mile [1:4000]. Size: 34 x 29 cm. Materials: ink on paper. Centred on: SK472745 Notes: compass rose. Estate map, 48 acres, description as above: endorsed 'R.Willsons Survey of some Lands at Clown 1713'. Location: DRO, D547 M/P6 A Survey of Several parts of Mr. Wrights Lands, and Several parts of Mr. Clayton's Land In and about Clown, Mr. Wrights being Collered with Yellow containing 103 acres 1 rood 19 perches And Mr. Claytons with Green containing 65 acres, 1 rood, 36 perches Surveyed by R.
