Description	Three-quarter length portrait of a seated man, facing right. He has his legs crossed and is leaning forwards. He is wearing a round hat with an uneven brim, coat and breeches unbuttoned at the bottom.. He has his mouth open and shows uneven teeth. Available on CD 160.

Further Information	Plate 86 Woodward del : Cruikshanks sculpt London Published by Allen & Co 15 Paternoster Row March 25 1797 Woodward describes this portrait thus: "a character drawn from life, well known in that part of the country, called Joe Pick, who though born what's generally termed an idiot, may hereafter rank in point of many virtues superior to his more enlightened neighbours."
