Description | Three sketchily drawn characters sit smoking pipes. The most visible of the figures, in the centre, comments: "So sir - we are to have an eleventh report - I understand." The figure on the left replies: "So I am informd Sir - when I become visible I'll enter more fully upon the subject" The figure on the right adds: "I thought they would continue to smoke 'em."
