Administrative History	Following the 1902 Education Act, managers of voluntary schools were required to submit reports to the Local Education Authority on the status, staffing and funding of their schools. Copies of these reports, mostly dating from 1903, are the first documents in this series of files which are arranged alphabetically. Later contents of these files include annual returns to the LEA of staffing and pupil numbers between 1974 and 1990.
