Description
In consideration of £1,024 and a life annuity of £40 payable to Samuel Fletcher securing the whole one-third part in the Owlgreaves mine inherited by John Fletcher of Stainsby House, Horsley, and Robert Fletcher of Smalley, namely in the Rough Close, Sough Pitt Close, Oak Tree Close, Park close, near Channel Close, farr Channel Close, farr Paddock Close, farr Barn Meanow, Upper Dumble, the fields mentioned in an indenture of 1727 and Barrel Field, the Close next the Mill, Water Close, Square Close and all the other properties in Heanor which had been inherited from Charles Low Esq.
