Whereby the widow surrendered her share of the estate in exchange for a sum of £50 and an annuity of £7. William having given up his association with Mary Steer to marry Mary Harrison of Radford the family released their interest in the properties which he would have inherited; William now occupied the house of Joseph Gibson
