Transcript or Index | My dear Madam The enclosed will explain to you my situation which has just been returned to one from my Mother I am now with Mrs Chaffer But intend going to London to morrow mor[nin]g and seek for some place where I can remain till I can get some situation; My mother has behaved extremely Ill to me. I shall never trouble her again [page 2] for any assistance for I would sooner Earn my own Livelihood then accept of any thing else from her, as to my going to India that is quite out of the question but before I write to you again I shall have enter'd or agreed in some capacity to earn my Bread.
