Title
Deed to lead uses of recovery for barring entails; John Bennett of Lightberches, Chapel en le Frith and Rebecca his wife (eldest daughter and heir of William Hegginbotham, clerk and Sarah his wife) and William Goddard of Charlesworth, and Jane his wife (grandmother of Rebecca) to acknowledge a fine to Jervas Kellett of Staple Inn, London, gent, upon a messuage and lands at Blackshaw, Great Hamlet, the Four Heath Fields, Lane Head Meadow and How Meadow, to create him tenant for suffering a recovery by Robert Bagshaw of Hollinknowle, Chapel en le Frith, yeoman, and John Ford of Horridge, Hope, yeoman, upon trust to sell the lands and to pay from the proceeds £100 to William Goddard, £50 to Sarah Hegginbotham, £50 to John Ashbourne and Hannah his wife, £50 to Mary Hegginbotham and £50 to Elizabeth Hegginbotham and to convey the residue with such of the lands as remain unsold to John Bennett 29 Sep
