Description
The school was originally built has a Board School in 1879. It became a Council School in 1903. With the re-organisation of schools in Killamarsh in 1971, it became Killamarsh Junior School. The records were deposited in the Derbyshire Record Office in October 1999. For Junior School managers' minutes 1949-1964, see D1570 C/EAM 3. For School Board records, 1879-1903, see D718.
