TitleLease for 21 years by William Edward Nightingale of Lea Hurst to John Henry Barker of East Lodge, near Bakewell, and other proprietors of Alport Mines (reciting will of Peter Nightingale 1803) of mines and veins in Hartle Parks, pa. Bakewell called Hartle White Vein, Lady's Vein, Baker's Vein, Ditch Vein, Wain Flag Vein, and Hardy's 1842 Vein, from Stoney Lee Brook to a boundary line agreed by both parties, shown in the plan; also mines in Hartle Park called Hartle Limekiln Vein, Sough Vein, Birchover Vein, Black Vein, and Burning Drake, paying 1/18th of ore raised.
