Papers include correspondence of Mr Taylor as agent to Mrs Thornhill, Jan-Dec 1916; loose correspondence presented as evidence; statement of facts of the case; draft and copy affidavits; advertisement of public sale of furniture from Eagle Tor to fund the costs awarded, and auctioneers' bill of costs, May 1916; plus lawyers' bills to Jun 1916
