Description	The filling station was on the western outskirts of Stoney Middleton on the main road running from Chesterfield via Baslow through Chapel-en-le-Frith. As the location is in the Peak National Park, planning permission for filling stations can be difficult to obtain. It is felt that this case was accepted as the immediate vicinity was already to some extent disfigured by mineral workings close to the road.
