Copies of conveyance by Catherine Master widow of Leigh Master (who died in Frederick County, Maryland, America) her daughter Catherine both of Bristol and son Reverend Leigh Hoskins Master of Lympsfield, Surrey, to trustess for sale, of manors of Heanor and Codnor, land on Heanor Common, land now covered with water call the Mar Pool and land adjoining and formerly a rabbit warren on Heanor Common, house and lands on Codnor Common, lands at Codnor Park, land and buildings at Riddings, Langley, Stanley, Dale and Spondon giving field names (11,12 July 1796)
