Winster Moor. The several Allotments herein referred to in the foregoing award. By S. Brailsford. 1764. Surveyor: Samuel Brailsford. Scale: of 20 chains [1:3200] with dividers. Size: 63 x 55 cm. Materials: ink and watercolours on vellum. Centred on: SK242595 Notes: compass rose. Enclosure map accompanying attached award, 310 acres, closes with reference numbers and area, only names of large parcels: many smallholdings, about an acre each, follow a strip pattern: road and paths named: adjoining owners and 'antient enclosures' noted: 'Winster Town' represented by church and two houses: title enclosed in finely drawn, uncoloured rococo cartouche: a similar coloured decoration is above the scale.
