Administrative History | The school was established in April 1883 as a voluntary public elementary school, funded by the British and Foreign School Society. On 1 October 1903, responsibility for the school passed to the County Education Committee and it became a council school. In October 1950, there was a reorganisation of education in Crich and the school lost its infants Section, but became the County Junior School for the village. |
