Printed circular letter regarding the sale or deposit of American (including Canadian) Dollar Securities by holders to the Treasury, which will be paid for with Five Year Exchequer Bonds, or in Cash, or allow the Securities to be borrowed for two years, paying the owners an additional half per cent. above the interest receivable on the Bonds.
