Description
Mr. and Mrs. Turbutt passed away within a month of each other, Edith Sophia on 25 June and William Gladwin on 23 July.
Rev Pheasant was incumbent at Shirland Parish between 1915 and 1928. At the time of the memorial service, the incubent was Rev Edward H. Payne and it is assumed that Rev Pheasant was invited to deliver the address having known the Turbutts very well.
