| Title | Agreement between Hugh Beeston of the Stronde Middlesex esq and Roger Holte of Newton Solney yeoman and John Boylson citizen and haberdasher, of London that Beeston shall enfeoff to Thomas Fleetwood esq and William Royle, gent a moiety of the manor of Newton Solney and the lands, tenements and hereditaments to the use of Fletwood and Royle to whom Longeforde shall also levy a fine and recovery of the above premises: after fine and recovery passed, Fletwood and Royle to convey to Holte and Boylson land in Newton Solney and woodland, a small cottage in Newton Solney to the use of John Boylson for ever; also Fletwood and Royle to convey to John Hyndley of Newton Solney, land for his own use also to convey to Henry and John Clarke land in Newton Solney to the use of Henry and John Clarke; also to convey to William Gardener, land in Newton Solney, to the use of William Gardener: in consideration Holte and Boylson agree to pay to Beeston £950, 16 Jun |
