DescriptionA separate circuit was set up for Whaley Bridge in 1868. It comprised the societies of Whaley Bridge, Chinley, Chapel-en-le-Frith, Kettleshulme, Fernilee, Shaw Styles, Combes, Bugsworth, Whitehead, Mellor, Four Lane Ends, Malcroft, Bagshaw, Wash and Lane Side.
