Title
Plan of fields in Chapel en le Frith area. Acreages are given, one field named (New Land) another noted as ‘Mr Nodders’, buildings are drawn on the plan, one is named Hordern Barn, a house has the name ‘Phillip Marchaton’ below it. Endorsed ‘Eyre Land Map in Chapell Le Frith’.

This map is described in the Derbyshire Record Society's "A Catalogue of Local Maps of Derbyshire c.1528–1800" (compiled by Harold Nichols, revised by Mary Wiltshire assisted by Susan Woore, published 2012). The description reads as follows:
Endorsed 'Mr. Arch. Eyre Land Map in Chapell le Frith'. Nd ?17c. Scale:no scale shown. Size: 38 x 29 cm. Materials: ink on paper, some colour, fragile. Centred on: SK?055805 [Hordens] Notes: no compass or orientation. Undated sketch plan, possibly early 18c. showing fields with area one named New Land, Nordern Barn, roads, streams and tracks, 'messuage house' and other houses in perspective.
