Long Eaton Church of England School Managers’ minutes

Description
Long Eaton C of E (National) School closed in 1964. The first school had opened in 1826 on a site now part of the Market Place. Construction of a new school began in 1862 with a second floor added in 1891. In 1940, when the Grange Secondary School opened, the school became an infant and junior school.
