Administrative History | The church of St Augustine was originally a mission church of the parish of St Chad in Derby, an iron building erected in 1889. In 1898 it was replaced by a larger church made of brick. In 1908 it became a separate ecclesiastical parish in its own right. For records of St Chad's see D2104. |
