Title	Deed between Edward Kay of Sheffield, factor, Thomas Shaw of Bridgehouses, p Sheffield, edge tool maker, dissolving partnership in edge tool business entered on 30 March 1972 for 12 years, and assigning Kay's interest in land in Smith Field, Osborne Street, Bridgehouses, to Shaw and Marshall to continue business in their former manner, to repay Kay's capital £280, and also £21.4s, his estimated share of profits, secured by promissory note, 1792; together with deed between Thomas Shaw, Jonathan Marshall and William Shortried, all saw the edge tool makers, dissolving partnership so far as Shortied concerned, £434.14s paid to Shortried for his interest, 1804
