Archive Creator	Peak Dale School; and Wormhill Parochial School
Administrative History	Peak Dale school opened in 1886 and an Infants Department was set up in 1895. A separate infant school was built in 1899. In 1941 the infant school ceased to have a separate headteacher and reverted to being an infant department. Wormhill Church of England School closed in 1966 and its pupils transferred to Peak Dale School.
Custodial History	Deposited in Derbyshire Record Office in Mar 1987.
