Administrative History
The Two Can Project (established in 1982) was jointly funded by Derbyshire County Council and the Manpower Services Commission. It aimed to assist profoundly deaf adults achieve greater independence and integration by obtaining literature and information. The information was often provided in diagrammatic form for easier understanding.
Custodial History
These records were transferred to Derbyshire Record Office by the Ryecote Centre in February 1984, May 1985 and March 1986.
