Indenture between Sir John Gell and Elizabeth Pole, whereby Gell, as trustee of the will of George Pole, deceased, his grandfather, appoints Elizabeth his attorney to recover the debts still outstanding to George Pole, with attached schedule of debts (1637-1673)
[The indenture has been badly damaged by damp, and although it has been repaired and strengthened, much of the information, particularly at its top and bottom, has been lost]
