Whereas there have been drivers disputes between them over land at Wirksworth and Steeple called Steeple Colehills alias CooleHilles, Gell to convey to Blackwall all his right etc to the said land provided he shall have the land for the next 3 years, in return for which Blackwall is to assure Gell of a rent charge of 20s a year upon the said land. 13 Apr, 27 Eliz I
