Description	These maps are described in the Derbyshire Record Society's "A Catalogue of Local Maps of Derbyshire c.1528–1800" (compiled by Harold Nichols, revised by Mary Wiltshire assisted by Susan Woore, published 2012). The descriptions read as follows: Endorsed 'Bakewell' [n.d.1709]. Surveyor: [Samuel Hutchinson]. Scale: no scale shown. Size: 57 x 50cm. Materials: ink on paper. Centred on: SK210691. Notes: shows strips in open fields, some houses by 'Parsnidg Yard': roads to Ashford and Bakewell, R.
