TitleMemorandum by Sir Percivall Willughby of Wollaton [Nottinghamshire] - whereas his son Sir Francis Willughby on 22 August 1617 convenanted with him to convey and assure £100 a year out of the manor of Wollaton for the preferment of the younger sons of Percivall, for their lives - for the love and affection he bears to Henrie, Percivall and Robert, his 3 youngest sons, he appoints Francis to join with him in conveying the said £100 to the use of Henrie, Percivall and Robert, for their lives

Memorandum by Sir Francis Willughby, son and heir apparent of Sir Percivall Willughby, of covenant with Percivall and Dame Bridgett his wife, to join with Percivall in the sale of so much land at Cossall and Trowell as shall amount to £3000 towards the payment of the debts of Percivall, and shall also convey out of the manor of Wollaton £100 a year for the use of such younger sons as Percivall shall appoint
