Title
Agreement between Christofer Hurt of Ashbourne and Elizabeth Hurt, widow, late wife of Thomas Hurt, father of Christofer - Elizabeth to have, in full recompense of dower, the two closes under Ashelowe, a third part of a close called Witlesdough and a meadow called Crust Croft, provided that when Christofer shall marry, Elizabeth will lease the lands to him - also the house in Compton with the backside and garden and orchard and these parcels of the house on the green, viz the parlour where she now lies, the nursery, the kitchen and the buttery, to hold until Christofer's marriage
