Title
Letter - Thomas Bagshaw at Bakewell to Sir Philip Gell - has been greatly indisposed ever since Mr Blackwall was there, which is the reason has not sent the draft of the reconveyance sooner - now sends it for Mr Curzon's perusal though thinks a short release to Gell in possession would have answered - when the draft is returned, it will be engrossed - will send the other draft with all speed - heartily wishes Gell a merry Christmas
