Title
Letter - John Leake to Mr Gell - has asked the tenants to be ready to deliver Gell the survey of the laudes as Mr Hutchingson lately died seised of in that country - requests Gell to deliver to the bearer the same survey signed with his hand so that the writer may certify it to the Court of Wards - if Gell makes the survey to the uttermost of the value, Gell will greatly hinder the ward and displeasure the writer
