Beighton Hill (3 acres 3 roods 20 perches); the pasture called North Common and Stony Bankes als. Neither Commons alias Stony Bankes (37½ acres); the pasture called Toplesse Greene als. the Commons near Toplesse House (5½ acres); the pasture called Hellot Bent (10 acres 1 rood 20 perches); the pasture called Chappell Bancke als. Chappell Hill (6 acres 3 roods); the pasture lying at the south side of Bridghill; 30 acres pasture, parcel of Little Prev[ ] near Chappell Hill; 244 acres pasture, beginning at Triple Yate, thence to Roger Corner, then to Gerun Yate at the entry to Hellot Bent, thence by the close called Deadcarne Ground, in a straight line to the division between us and Edward Lowe at the meeting of Lowdbrook and Fencebrooke, to be held in socage subject to a rent of 2s a year 7 Mar, 15 Cha I
