TitleLetter from Thomas Bagshaw to Sir Philip Gell; On consideration of the maker of the ?Lough Sough, Bates Sough and the mines on Cromford Moor and the Grange with Gilbert, Burton and Hutchinson who were with him yesterday to settle matters with the Londoners - thinks it necessary that Gell's interest be secured, it being alleged that his and Edward Hutchinsone's parts were uncertain - has drawn articles between them and the Londoners - the Middleton matter would have been tried at the next Assizes, but were put off by delays
