TitleMortgages by James Darcy of Sedbury (Yorkshire) esq to Dame Ursula Bouchier, widow of Sir Barrington Bouchier of Beningborough - reciting mortgage by Darcy to William Jessop of Broomhall (Yorkshire) esq, of lands at Wootton (Durham) viz a parcel of land called Witton Park and a parcel called Hall Bank or Back of the Barn, upon proviso that if Jessop should marry Darcy's daughter Mary, Darcy was to pay Jessop £1000 - and reciting that the marriage took place but the £1000 has not been paid - and reciting that Dame Ursula has agreed to lend Darcy £600 to be paid to Jessop - for £600 paid to Jessop, of premises as above, the premises to remain a security to Jessop for £400
